Early Learning Centers* provide Early Head Start services to children from birth to age three and their families in Douglas County. Each state-licensed center features infant and toddler classrooms that follow the Creative Curriculum, a research-based approach that supports hands-on learning, social-emotional growth, and school readiness.

We prioritize continuity of care, ensuring children build strong, lasting relationships with their caregivers and teachers. Through ongoing assessments, parent-teacher conferences, and home visits, we partner with families to track developmental progress and provide personalized support. In addition, our centers offer comprehensive family engagement services and access to on-site healthcare and nutrition professionals, giving children and their families the resources they need to thrive.
